I am very scared of needles. What can I do? Are there any treatments for that?

I am scared to the point that I don’t let them do anything. They need to draw blood to see how my kidneys are doing since I have high blood pressure.

What does it mean when there is more than a 40 point difference between diastolic and systolic blood pressure?

My daughters’ blood pressure is always strange.. she always has at least 50-70 points difference between her diastolic and systolic blood pressure.
ex 130/60 120/60..
I’ve heard in the past that there should not be more than a 40 point difference between the two.
Does anyone know the answer to this?

Is there a home remedy/food to lower blood pressure?

I have gone without my blood pressure medicine for 4 days. I finally got my prescription refilled this morning. I can tell my blood pressure is still high. It’s too late to go to the DR tonight, so does anyone know of something i could eat to maybe help lower it some.Thanks
