Hi – I have a congenital heart defect and so I am on blood pressure medication to keep my high blood pressure under control. I am taking 10mg of Lisinopril (i am 23). I have been checking my bp and when I wake up my bp is 155/80 in arms and 170/110 in legs (this is ON the medication) by the time I get home my arms are 115/70 and legs are 120/80…this is probably what i should have all day…I am wondering if I possibly need to take two dosages so there aren’t ups and down in my bp…could this be a reason for feeling very tired…I get home from work and just think about sleeping when 9-10pm comes around..does lower bp cause tiredness!?
